While they are there though, you can rinse with warm salt water, made by mixing one teaspoon of salt with hot water and letting it cool down, as needed.You can also use mouthwashes or topical medications that contain numbing ingredients and allow you to brush or eat, and over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications.
