When you come in for the first time, you can expect a thorough exam followed by a discussion of our findings and treatment recommendations. Because we want to make sure you have all the information you need, treatment is not usually performed on the same day. If you are interested in same day treatment please let us know when you schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you

Before your first visit, we ask that you complete your patient registration form and bring it with you. Or, you can fill out your forms online.

There is a fee associated with the consult and exam. Our doctors will complete a detailed exam, communicate and explain treatment clearly, and answer any questions you may have about your treatment options. We want you to feel you have a full understanding of all your treatment choices and do not leave with any questions unanswered!
